Modern Poetry in Translation

Modern Poetry in Translation is a magazine founded in 1965 with the aims of getting poetry from behind the Iron Curtain into wider circulation in English (very similar to Circumference’s). I was invited to design covers for Issue 2 of 2024—the first collage cover in the magazine’s 60-year history—and Issue 1 of 2026, both of which you can see below.
